The flash cards are great. Even though princess likes to play matching games and pretend go fish with them i still use them to teach her about her allergies. I use them with my sisters so they can learn easily about what to look out for how to read labels and even polite ways to say no when offered foods. The book is only 36 pages and I highly recommend it. Give cards to teachers, babysitters and family members.

Peanut Allergy book suggestion
I have researched a lot of material on food allergies since finding out my princess was allergic to certain things. I like Beyond a Peanut: Is This Safe? The flash cards are great.
